Thomas F. George is Chancellor and Professor Emeritus of Chemistry and Physics at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where he served from 2003 until his retirement in 2019. A distinguished academic leader, he previously held positions as Chancellor at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, Provost at Washington State University, and Dean of Science at SUNY–Buffalo. Remarkably, he became a full professor of chemistry at the University of Rochester by age 29. He earned his B.A. in chemistry and mathematics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Gettysburg College and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Yale University at age 23. An expert in chemical, materials, laser, and nanophysics, he has authored 806 papers and 42 books. Honors include the Marlow Medal (UK), and honorary doctorates from universities in Hungary and Thailand. A jazz pianist, he has performed worldwide. He and his wife, Dr. Barbara Harbach, reside with their four cats, Luna, Stella, Jeremiah, and Jarrett.

Dr. Preeti Singh Bahadur is an Associate Professor at Amity University, Greater Noida, since August 2012. She holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, with research focused on orientationally disordered materials. She has served as a Project Fellow under a UGC-sponsored project and has published extensively on Scopus and Google Scholar. Her innovations include a granted patent on an AI-based cloud security detecting device and two more patents—one filed and one under process. Dr. Bahadur is passionate about interdisciplinary research and technological innovation, contributing significantly to both academia and applied sciences in physics and engineering.
Dr. Parmendra Kumar Bajpai, born on May 2, 1963, in Jhansi (U.P.), is currently the Vice Chancellor of Jai Prakash University. With over 36 years of teaching and research experience, he previously served as Head, Department of Pure & Applied Physics and Dean, School of Physical Sciences at Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur. He has held key roles including Director, IQAC, and R&D; Convener, NEP-2020 Taskforce; and Coordinator of several national initiatives under DST, UGC, and Ministry of Education. A distinguished physicist with 314 research publications and 8 books, his scholarly contributions reflect a citation count of over 2000.
Ephraim Suhir is a distinguished academic and engineer affiliated with Portland State University (USA) and Bordeaux University (France). He is CEO of ERS Co., Los Altos, CA, and a Foreign Full Member of Ukraine’s National Academy of Engineering. A Life Fellow of IEEE, ASME, SPIE, and IMAPS, he is also a Fellow of APS, IoP (UK), and SPE, and an Associate Fellow of AIAA. Dr. Suhir has authored over 500 publications and delivered numerous international talks. He received the 1996 Bell Labs DMTS Award, the 2004 ASME Worcester Reed Warner Medal, and recent accolades including the 2023 SHEN Award, 2019 IEEE EPS Field Award, IMAPS Lifetime Achievement Award, and 2022 IEEE SCV Outstanding Engineer Award for his pioneering work in reliability engineering.
